My husband and I just got some amazing news and for those of you that know us or have been following my blog for awhile know, it's extremely welcome and wonderful news for us!
WE'RE EXPECTING A BABY! And thanks to Anne Geddes for making this super cute picture to help me celebrate on my blog (not that she made it specifically for me or anything, I just stole it, so hopefully giving credit won't get me sued lol)! I can't wait and I look forward to sharing my love of reading as a mom and hopefully my child and I can share a great many stories before he or she is too old to be read to anymore... even though my husband still lets me read to him, so you really
can't be too old for a story lol. :)

ReplyDeletethis is steve's girlfriend, adrienne & i wanted to say congratulations on the beeebs! my brother's gf just had her baby unexpectedly at 26 weeks last thursday evening as well! these things always come in threes & i wonder who's next..... ^__^ (oh yeah, the baby girl is doing great, already breathing on her own & gaining weight [she was 1lb, 1oz at birth omg])
HOW EXCITING!! aren't you loosing your shit with all the happiness?? i wanted to say hi & stuff sooner but i had no way to contact you so i tried "sandra's nook" on google and your blog is like the 5th/6th thing to come up! good job!

Thanks Adrienne! I'm so glad the baby girl is doing better! That's scary she was born so early! I appreciate you taking the time to stop by and thanks for the compliments too! I've put a lot of work into my blog and it's always nice to hear that others like it! I picked all the colors and the layout and added all the widgets and even customized the size of each section too. I tried to make it look great, but I'm sure it looks different depending on your PC and display. Anyway, we're really excited about the baby and we can't wait! :) Ttyl and I'll ask Steve. :)

Haha! No, I hope for a girl and I think it depends on the individual which is harder, because speaking for my dogs, Chanceux is a pain in the ass lol! He's high energy and never wants to relax and he's so much work. Kik is sweet and peaceful and cuddly. I'm hoping for a sweet and cuddly girl that I can dress in dresses and share my female perspective with! Brian is hoping for a boy though, so either way, someone will be especially excited. We both are just hoping for a healthy baby though, so of course, it will be great either way! :)
